We are looking for a dedicated Factory Laborer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in various manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facility. This role involves handling materials, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities

Assist in the production process by performing various tasks such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and assembling products.

Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

Assist with inventory management, including counting and storing materials.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and efficiency.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Participate in training programs to enhance skills and safety knowledge.

The essential functions of this role include:
