Sr. Food Service Worker #152

Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Location: Central Kitchen, High School

Orders and supervises the preparation of food items

assigns work to and supervises food service workers in cleaning, dishwashing and related activities

counts money received and prepares it for daily bank deposit

Orders food and eating utensils from central kitchen

Oversees and helps in the day to day running of the buildings kitchen

Job Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFIICATIONS:

Either:

a) Competion of six (6) grade; or

b) Six (6) months of paid experience in the preparation of food : or,

c) An equivalent combination of educaton or experience as defined by the limits of a) and b).

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates employed must attend ongoing continuing education/training as required by the Food and Nutrition Service of the United States Department of Agriculture.
