Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and calibrate electronic components and systems for in-line process spectrometers, ensuring precise adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies, including circuit boards, sensors, power supplies, and optical components, using diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
Perform routine maintenance, testing, and validation of spectrometers to ensure optimal performance in demanding industrial environments.
Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to support new product development, upgrades, and technical modifications of electronic systems.
Interpret and follow detailed schematics, technical drawings, and engineering instructions to execute complex assembly and repair tasks.
Conduct environmental and functional testing of electronic components to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of assembly, testing, and repair processes, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality management protocols.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering insights into process optimization and contributing to product enhancement.
Ensure adherence to all ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols while working with sensitive electronic components and systems.
