Our philosophy is to teach children with disabilities in their natural learning environments.We currently serve and have openings in the following counties:AlbanyRensselaerSaratogaSchenectadyAs a Beginnings’ Floating Substitute, you will work closely with the Special Education Teachers, therapists, TAs and 1:1s in our preschool programs. In this position you will work directly with children ages 2-5 years-old Beginnings five-hour program day and then participate in classroom meetings, professional development, preparation, cleaning and planning with the classroom team.The hours for this position are Monday-Friday with a variable schedule based on classroom site ranging between the hours of 8:00am – 2:00pm, and follows a school calendar including a six-week summer program.This position starts immediately upon hire.Our pay rate is based on education and experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.84 – $21.18 per hourExpected hours: 30.0 per weekSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
