REQUIREMENTS:

Full Availability.

Technical school degree (2 years of related experience)

A valid State drivers license and reliable transportation during work hours.

Physical effort (Lift and carry objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.

DUTIES:

Technical Knowledge related to the product or service you are representing, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures including diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on assigned equipment.

Repair or replace equipment components as necessary on B&W, color and multifunctional devices.

Provides technical assistance to less experienced technicians.

Customer service skills to professionally handle queries, complaints and provide assistance, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Physical stamina to travel frequently and work in various environments and conditions

Ability to work independently

Performs other duties as assigned.

WE OFFER:

Pay Range: $20 to $21 per hour
