Job Summary:

As the Skilled Maintenance Crew (Electrician) team, you will coordinate projects, analyze repairs/solutions needed, and collaborate effectively within the Building Maintenance Department.

Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.00 / hour

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to troubleshoot and make repairs without assistance

Ability to prioritize according to departmental goals

Document repairs, labor, and materials accurately on work orders

Assists supervisor in researching and ordering parts to complete projects and work orders

Research, order, and maintain required parts for stock

Maintaining a safe work environment

Maintain facilities and equipment to ensure proper working order Involvement in emergency decisions and procedures

Help train other department personnel

Ability to lead/guide other Maintenance Technicians

Positive review of the Mountain Services Performance and Behavior Standards

Willingness to adjust the schedule to accommodate business needs

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years of age

Valid drivers license

Must be comfortable working efficiently at heights

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

Electrician Certification preferred

Read, Write, speak English

General computer knowledge, (i.e. Outlook, MS word)

Past experience with Maintenance field preferred

Minimum 5 years of related field experience

Experience with standard hand tools, test equipment, and basic power tools

Must have previous experience with specialty tools

Seeking candidate with a strong background in the following areas:

Electrical

Plumbing / Mechanical system repairs

Carpentry and building repairs

Fabrication skills

Appliance repair

HVAC systems

The expected pay range is $24.00 – $26.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
