IAM Developer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IAM Developer to join the IS Security team at one of our large insurance clients. This is a fully remote (EST hours), 5-month Contract-to-Hire position. The pay range for the contract period is $35-55/hr with an expected conversion salary between $80,000-$100,000 based on experience level. This individual will be utilizing SailPoint for onboarding certifications and eventually be responsible for provisioning and lifecycle management, building workflows, and working with connectors. The team uses APIs for onboarding and utilizes SQL and Oracle databasesa strong Java skillset is necessary in this role. Overarching responsibilities include:

  Ensure the companys security policies and standards are adhered to for Identity and Access Management.

  Translate requirements into secure design, implementation, and configuration.

  Provide appropriate deployment strategies and maintain defined change control procedures.

  Create and maintain procedures, diagrams, and technical design documents.

  Identify and evaluate complex IAM and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.

  Installation, integration, and maintenance of applications with IAM tools and connectors.

  Participate in planning, sizing, and estimating enhancements and capabilities to the IAM Program.

  Provide support for program monitoring.

  Enhance program maturity through continuous improvement and leverage automation where appropriate.

  Collaborate closely with team members, application owners, contractors, and business partners.

  Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science, or related degree (In lieu of degree, 3 years demonstrated developer experience).

-Experience onboarding database servers and applications.

-Experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP servlets, SQL, Unix/LINUX, Win, Oracle, PowerShell, xml, LDAP/AD, database connectivity

-3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, administration, implementation, and integration (Identity Security Cloud or IdentityNow)

-Strong understanding of IdentityIQ infrastructure.

-Experience evaluating, designing, implementing, optimizing, and documenting an extensive array of identity and access management technologies and processes.

-Background in middleware with expertise in system and application design. -Strong Knowledge of regulatory requirements and control framework including governance, audit, and control compliance

-Banking / finance industry background preferred

-Provision and lifecycle management experience

-Project management experience

-Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 null
