Description:

Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Mon-Thurs, 9am-2pm. 20hrs/Week. Hybrid – Mon& Thurs is WFH, Tues & Wed – In office in Alpharetta, GA.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

– Microsoft Office Suites and/or google apps experience with presentations, power points, reporting, and excel.

– Ability to put data together in easy to read reports (pivot tables, charts, etc.)

– Professionalism

– Self motivated and ability to complete work with minimal supervision

DESIRED SKILLS:

– Telecommunications experience, even better if familiar with Network Assurance or Operations.

– Familiar with IOP or telecommunications equipment.

– Previous experience in project management

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

– College degree would be a “nice to have” but not required.

– 3-5 years experience in coordinator, project management, network, or similar role.

responsibilities:

– Responsible for providing support to the network field group for purchase order lifecycle (create, modify, cancel, receive, accrue, invoice reconciliation, etc.)

– Ability to communicate effectively via written communications as well as displaying good interpersonal skills

– Create regular reporting for Network Assurance director.

– Customer Escalations coordination and reporting

– Systems cleanup (IOP)

– Other Network Assurance related tasks, as requested by Network Assurance director or PMO Associate director.
