Are you a self starter lookng for a quiet office enviroment to thrive in? Then consider this Order Entry/Data Entry position. We are looking for somone with a VERY high attention to detail to corridate order entry and shipping with a factory in Malaysia. This role requires someone that is willing to focus in and a pay attention to the myriasd of paperwork that would be coming thier way. However the office enivroment is work “Work hard, Play hard”. salary: $19 – $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.

• Calculate prices, discounts and proposals to meet specific customer requirements

• Maintain updated, organized files for all assigned customers.

• Process orders, forms, applications, order confirmations, invoices, credits and other requests

• Prepare quotes based on pricing structures for factories in Malaysia

• Trace, follow up, and expedite late orders to ensure customer satisfaction

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

• Analyze customer accounts and promptly make corrections and/or modifications to files

• Contact customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure an accurate customer

database

• Maintain customer databases

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments in Malaysia

• Follow up on customer interactions and orders with factory in Malaysia

• Follow up late and potential late orders

• Create and update Procedures

• Work closely with factories to provide a weekly open order status to CSR, sales, management

and customers

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
