Material Handler
The material handler is to ensure that all materials are moved effectively in the plant, unload raw materials and properly stage materials within the facility using a powered fork truck.
Primary Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:
Supply gluers with pallets of flat stock material.
Unload trucks of corrugated.
Stage corrugated for case erectors.
Load scrap trucks.
Complete daily forklift inspection and document inspection results.
SAP knowledge to generate and complete Shipping/Receiving documentation, create STOs for
Interplant shipments, provide monthly material inventories.
Receive bulk coating shipments.
Process 3rd party scraps export shipments.
An individual in this position must be able to learn and demonstrate the following skills:
Ability to enter information into SAP, parts logs and utilize ei3 system.
Must be willing to complete all training required / pass task evaluations / document training / maintain certification
Job Requirements:
Manufacturing experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Work experience in manufacturing environment
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong mathematical skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated, self-starter
Essential Job Functions include the following:
12 Hour Shift
3-2-2-3 Schedule
