Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Contract through Jan/Feb 2025 Must Have:

Basic knowledge of sourcing principals, indirect procurement, supplier analysis, RFP and primary and secondary research methods

Understanding of financial/cost analyses, business case development, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and decision modeling

Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication and team facilitation skills to effectively interact and negotiate with senior management, internal and external customers, and suppliers

salary: $30 – $40 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Assists with category strategy by leveraging spend analytics and supplier research; captures and reports supplier spend, spend under management, and maverick spend

Expected to update Aribas contract management module with fully executed contracts (Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, Non-disclosure agreements) and other contractually obligating documents while maintaining accuracy.

Assists in the assessment of primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, supplier analysis, and industry best practices.

Responsible for listening to value propositions from potential suppliers and assessing if the proposed solution is a fit

Coordinates meetings and discussions with potential suppliers
