Citizens Private Wealth presently manages and advises on over $20 Billion in assets, offering a wide scope of services, expertise, and research, while intimately focusing on each client’s unique circumstances.

The Private Client Associate II is responsible for providing day-to-day servicing of client accounts with an emphasis on providing exceptional client service.

Primary responsibilities include

The incumbent is responsible for client relationship management, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net worth clients.

Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for portfolio management support, financial planning assistance, and account administration.

Responsible for client communication

Responsible for on-boarding new client relationships, new account applications, and meeting AML requirements

Responsible for supporting client requests related to all aspects of the relationship with Citizens (Investments & Banking) including account administration, transaction support, research requests, etc.

Responsible for client relationship management, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with ultra-high net worth clients and providing top tier service with a white-glove approach.

Works along with the teams advisors and specialized team members to resolve daily client needs

Provides resources to advisors for the sales process, and other administrative client and prospect needs, as requested

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and/or relationship managers preferred

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent client service and communication

Focus on details and accuracy

Tech Savvy and able to work on many systems simultaneously

4 years experience in financial services performing investment/client support in a Private Wealth or Private Bank division of a bank preferred

Bachelors Degree preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: M-F
