The Provider Contracting Coordinator initiates and maintains behavioral health provider contracts and contract data for the Kentucky Market.
The Provider Contracting Coordinator maintains contracts and documentation within a tracking system. Decisions are typically focused on methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques.

Provider data auditing for compliance
Data management for reporting

Required Qualifications
1 year of provider relations, provider contracting and/or provider operations experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, and working with large amounts of data)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Managed care experience
Experience working with behavioral health contracts
Experience working with large sets of data (analysis, management, etc.)
Additional Information
This role is considered “remote/work at home” and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$37,200 – $51,200 per year
