Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Actalent is hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer, 1 year of experience needed! This person will be responsible for the following:
Job Description
Review torque traces and understand fastening and programming terminology
Program Atlas Copco and Stanley DC tool controllers (plant dependent on Union contract)
Ensure station information correlates to released specifications for both Repair Carts and Production using Toolsnet
Manage the change for all programming changes in DC tool controllers in Production and for Repair Carts
Establish effective angle monitoring limits to detect Quality issues
Review results of Repair Carts tied to Toolsnet and compare to Error Proofing report
Run Toolsnet fault reports and review highest hitters affecting Production
Identify and drive resolution of manufacturing related issues
Prepare and lead presentations for management in Daily Quality Meetings
Support requests for information regarding torque tools, DC tool programming, torque traces and cycle data
Maintain correct programming and Toolsnet setup in DC tool controller during station relocation and rebalance
Maintain correct programming and Toolsnet setup in Repair Carts during station relocation and rebalance
Must Have
Bachelors Degree and 1 years of automotive manufacturing experience OR 5 years of automotive quality experience
Experience utilizing Data Analysis to solve problems
Experience exporting data from one system and implementing/importing in to another.
Experience providing direct engineering support in a production environment as needed.
Experience Implementing quality standards
