Job Title: R&D TechnicianJob Description
As an R&D Technician, you will perform various tasks on a pilot line that creates prototype batteries in the R&D department. You may specialize in a specific manufacturing process or handle multiple tasks. Your responsibilities will include measuring, collecting, and analyzing data, providing real-time results and feedback to engineers, mixing materials using industrial mixers, compressing materials using hydraulic presses, dispensing materials using hydraulic pumps, and assembling final products using various production equipment. You will also troubleshoot machine issues, manage tool and die changeovers, ensure smooth machinery operation, locate and resolve problems through observation, and complete required paperwork documenting parts and material usage.
