Virtual Teller

Scope:

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Virtual Teller supports the companys core values and focuses on providing an exceptional client experience. The Virtual Teller provides basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures.  Additionally, this person will provide a variety of customer savings, checking and credit account transactions via the ITM.

Requirements:

–   Prefer a high school degree and teller experience in a financial institution.

–   Must have the capacity to work under stress and handle difficult situations.
