Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist

TEKsystems is hiring a remote Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist for one of our top healthcare clients in Indiana!

Description:

This person will be working on their call center team – they will be cross-training in multiple areas of the revenue cycle for their surgery team.

– interpret EOBs

– reimbursements

– create estimates for patients

– reach out to self-pay patients

– help a patient obtain information on medical services

– work through a billing question

– payment plan creation

– give a patient directions to one of our many locations, as quickly and accurately as possible.

– high volume of calls (inbound and outbound)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must be able to drive to Indianapolis to pick up equipment!

MUST HAVE:

– 2 years of customer service experience within the Healthcare industry

– Working knowledge of insurance benefits/plans

– Revenue Cycle experience

– Exposure to EOBs

– Thrives in a fast-paced environment

– Commitment to this position and reliable
