Maintenance Mechanic

Seeking qualified Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to perform the following duties:

Repair and maintain industrial machinery including conveyors, shrink wrappers, stackers, ovens, sorters, power transmission and palletizers

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics

Perform MIG and Stick welding on steel material

Basic electrical skills including replacing 3 phase electric motors, fuses, switches, photo eyes, sensors, and working safely up to 480v

Interpret blueprints and diagrams

Greasing, oiling, and lubrication of parts and equipment

Document work orders into CMMS

Realign, replace, and adjust mechanical components including belts, bearings, couplings, chains, shafts, sprockets, and gearboxes

Cutting, threading and installing new pipe

Lockout/tagout procedures

Rigging and alignments

Assist electricians when needed

Must be available to work all shifts (rotating swing shift schedule), 1 week on 1st Shift 7am-3pm, 1 week on 2nd Shift 3pm-11pm, and 1 week on 3rd Shift 11pm-7am including OT and weekends
