Job Description:
Job Title: Lead Fixed Asset Coordinator
Department: Accounting
FSLA: Non-Exempt
General Function:
Ensures all invoices paid to the fixed asset account are booked to the respective location. Ensures fixed assets that have been transferred or retired are charged and credited to the correct location.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Processes fixed asset invoices for payment.
Enters information into system to become an asset.
Researches questions on invoices.
Organizes retirements and transfers to process.
Figures use tax, when necessary, to enter into the fixed asset system
Processes monthly rent transactions.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reconciles bank statements.• Performs other job related duties and special projects as required.

Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional computer training in Excel and Word helpful. Six months to one year previous related work experience. Experience with SAP systems.
Physical Requirements:
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions:
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting. There is weekly pressure to meet deadlines.

Calculator, telephone, copier, printer, and PC with Microsoft Office programs
