Job Overview

The Operations Administrative assistant will be responsible for assisting and contributing to the efficient operation of their departments, providing administrative support for various departmental needs.

Responsibilities

General administrative duties to support department needs

Process purchase requisitions, order items as needed for the office/operations and organized supplies once receive them.

Employee yearly shift and vacation Bids

Support, maintain, edit and/or update yearly calendar, employee call in/vacation sheets, quarterly swing schedule and emergency on call schedule

Create, update and/or print Production labels

Operations incoming and outgoing mail

Post announcements throughout the plant in all the different control/break rooms

Operations events coordinator/planner

Assist with Expense reports

Help with batch record review and process in SAP

Help back up Production Data Coordinator as needed

Help Production Data Coordinator with CS-Biennial/Quarterly inventory

Help process CSCR sheets into Data base as needed

· Other administrative duties as assigned to meet departmental missions

Qualifications/Skills

Calendar and Schedule Management: Skilled in maintaining and updating employee schedules, vacation sheets, and swing schedules.

Event Coordination: Ability to coordinate and plan internal operations events and manage related logistics.

SAP and Database Management: Competent in using SAP for batch record review and supporting inventory processes.

Documentation and Reporting: Ability to create, update, and maintain departmental documentation, such as production labels and CSCR sheets.

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements

High School education or equivalent.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a related administrative role.
