Lathe/Mill Machinist

Growing manufacturing company seeking to fill CNC LATHE/MILL Machinist

for their team!

Description :

Setting up Mill and Lathe turning machines consisting of Mazak-100, 200, and Integrex i-150

Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently

Working off of various different blueprints

Make edits in GibbsCam programming software

Handling the full process including, operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting

Maintain quality standards through an In-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes

Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisor

Very clean and organized medical manufacturing facility with a lot of new equipment. Modern conference and break rooms.

Growing and new building acquisition to double space

Nice To Have Qualifications:

5 years of CNC setup experience

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software

G & M code fluency

Ability to edit programs

High level of blueprint reading

Hours/Starting Pay Range :

1 st Shift: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday

2 nd Shift: 3:30pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday

$30-$50/hr depending interview/experience. Closer to $50 if you have programming experience
