Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Brookings Health System is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team and be part of the Brookings Health System mission: To provide high quality, compassionate, personalized health care.

A part time position is currently available. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing quality diagnostic testing, treatments, and therapies to inpatients and outpatients in a hospital setting relating to conditions of the cardiac and pulmonary systems. Candidate must be a graduate of an AMA approved program of respiratory care with an RRT or CRT licensure from NBRC and licensed in the state of South Dakota.

– NALS, ACLS and CPR certification is required.

– Candidate must be able to work proficiently as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, doing assessment, treatment, and diagnostic testing of conditions related to the cardiopulmonary systems of infants to adults.
