Part Time Customer Service Representative 

The Position :

PackSmart is a growing packaging equipment and supply company seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to bolster our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a B2B environment. Starting compensation ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience. This would be a part time, 24 hour/week position.  This primarily remote position applies to anyone in Illinois or Wisconsin who would have a commute greater than 1 hour to our office in West Chicago, IL.

Overview of the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by processing orders, tracking shipments, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating on various projects to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

1 years of experience in B2B customer service

Knowledge of CRM-related applications (experience with Zoho is a plus)

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous

Exceptional attention to detail and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:

Process orders and follow up with customers on expected deliveries

Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers

Answer phones and address customer inquiries professionally

Confirm current pricing and assist with product sourcing when needed

Set up and train new customers on E-commerce

Collaborate with the Sales Team on various projects
