## Purpose Statement

Provide support to the Plant Manager, Production/Operations Manager and
Operations Leadership (Steering) Team.

## Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

1. Orientation: Assigning and facilitating Alchemy training videos,
creating HR folder, badge Shoes, etc. (whole orientation process.)
2. Engagement Committee: planning, executing and volunteering to help
during the time of the event, prior to and after.
3. Temp Computer – making sure it is up and running.
4. TL support with timecards/attendance questions.
5. Setting up weekly meetings and notes from each meeting.
6. Credit card reconciliation.
7. Alchemy Trainer/Facilitator.
8. Updating Tv Slides with ongoing communications of events, resources,
memos, line recognitions, monthly bonuses and important information.
(All break rooms).
9. Take lead on company apps textedily, Appspace.
10. Communicates to HR Help for new hires: shoe payroll deduction,
changes to start date in AC if dates are moved by recruiter, payroll
issues. communicates employee back from leave when notified by
managers, or team leads.
11. Communicate with Staffing Agency regarding temp conversions, ensure
notified of hire date immediately.
12. Communicate with HR or team leads with any associate matter or
issue.
13. Assists Human Resources Manager with associate events and associate
administration, including orientation, associate communication
(digital and written) and other associated tasks.
14. Assist with planning/execution/ordering for various plant
functions/luncheons.
15. Create Flyers/emails for communications as needed.
16. Wellbeing Champion calls.
17. Ensures timelines are met, providing updates on status, including
delays.
18. Provides support to other departments and performs other duties or
projects as needed.

## Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

1. Position requires a minimum of 3 years administrative experience A
2-year Administrative Science Degree is a plus.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a
professional demeanor.
3. Bilingual Spanish is required.
4. Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is expected. Individual must be able to
assimilate new software, procedures and techniques.
5. Must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently, possess
excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to
function in a fast-paced environment. Individual must be able to
maintain confidentiality.
6. Must possess interpersonal skills to facilitate constant interaction
with a wide variety of personalities and management styles. Also,
the ability to maintain focus on assigned tasks despite of constant
interruptions by telephone and personal contact is an essential
component of the position.
7. Will need to be able to work effectively with others, both
internally and externally, to accomplish administrative duties.
