School District Physical Therapist

Job Description

Day-To-Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Physical Therapist for one of our education clients in Plainfield, IL. In this PT role, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to care for students within the school district.

This individual will join a team of 5 Physical Therapists to support elementary, middle school, and high school students. Responsibilities will include:

· Service students at the elementary, middle, and high schools, and potentially home bound based on situations

· Travel to individual sites using personal vehicle – mileage is reimbursed at the standard IRS rate of (67 cents/mile)

· Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, balance, and coordination

· Efficiently identify and address patients needs

· Attend IP meetings and complete proper documentation

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

 · Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy

 · Licensed PT in the state of IL Plusses:

 · 3-4 years of experience as a PT null
