1st,2nd and 3rd Shift Assembly Associates
Pay Up To $16hr
Duties / Responsibilities:
Perform assigned duties according to the established product specific procedures and work instructions
Maintain established product quality standards and production requirements for each job assigned
Maintain assembly area in a clean and organized manner
Accurately assemble, count, package, and label finished product in production
Assist with training other Production Assembly Operators as required
Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Team Leader or Plant Manager
Qualifications:
High School diploma (GED)
Hand-to-eye coordination capability sufficient to keep press operating at optimum cycle time;
Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time;
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
1 year continuous work history in a manufacturing environment
