What Youll Do:

As a Consumer Outside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory near your location. Our user-friendly technology eliminates internal channel conflicts, thereby maximizing your sales potential. You will utilize a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, which will help build a strong referral network. Meeting sales targets for products and services is expected, and you have the option to attend Kinetic special events to expand your network and enhance your sales opportunities. Join our fun environment and competitive culture.

You will participate in an intensive 5-week Sales Residency program that will equip you with all the essential training and knowledge needed for success in this role. Upon successfully completing the program, you will receive a 5% increase in your base pay and a company-owned vehicle. Various programs from Learning & Development to Management are available to support your career growth.

Required Skills

Do You Have:

High School Diploma or GED

Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Valid drivers license and a good driving record.

A reliable and insured personal vehicle needed to drive to and from assigned territories.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.

Self-motivation and a desire for success.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads.

Sales experience.

Bi-lingual, English & Spanish, a plus.
