Qualifications:

Experience in commercial building maintenance and repair.

Knowledge of heavy HVAC units (e.g., 40-ton chiller units) and refrigeration (e.g., walk-in coolers and freezers) is a plus.

Skills in plumbing, electrical work, drywall, and HVAC systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair a facility spanning 80,000 square feet, including two 20,000 square foot industrial garages.

Perform minor plumbing tasks (e.g., unclogging toilets, changing sink aerators).

Handle electrical tasks (e.g., changing and installing lights).

Basic HVAC maintenance (e.g., changing belts, motors, filters).

Drywall patching and painting.

Work Environment:

Report to the Lead Tech and work alongside one other staff member.
