Job Summary:

This position will work directly with the Retail Buying team encompassing all aspects of the buying process including, purchase order creation, item maintenance, price changes, order processing, and payment. Assist with merchandise transfers, stock replenishment, ticketing, auditing, data entry, and merchandise returns. Works closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order processing and follow up with vendors with discrepancies. Support the Retail department in operations from covering shifts in stores, stocking, store setup, and helping with onboarding employees.

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Supports order process including purchase order creation, order verification, ticketing, distributions, purchase order receiving into inventory, and payment with direction from the buying team.

Works directly with buyers on any order issues, merchandise transfers, or price changes

Assists with store merchandising and training

Manages the process of maintaining items in the inventory/POS system including vendor creation, item setup, pricing, and reporting

Assists in the successful completion of all physical inventories including uploading data into the inventory system and analysis reporting for buying stuff

Support store managers in stock requisitions

Maintain purchases in Open to Buy along with our tracking of vendor information and zero waste.

Fields guest communications and phone orders

Support store operations when needed

All other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum 1 year working in a retail environment, either in store or warehouse

At least 1-year supervisory experience preferred

Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Prior Retail POS experience is highly recommended

Must be able to write and speak English

PeopleSoft, Osprey Host & POS, Coupa, Wyoming Game & Fish POS terminals

The expected pay range is 20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
