Enterprise Directory and Infrastructure Services Intern

IT@JH Enterprise Directory Services is seeking an Enterprise Directory and Infrastructure Services Intern who is motivated and enthusiastic to assist with various tasks related to Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, Cybersecurity, and Privileged Access Management, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Manages and supports Active Directory, Entra ID, Privileged Access Management, and Automation initiatives.

Manages user accounts and access rights, troubleshooting issues with customers, implementing Privileged Access Management, and assisting with patch management and security tasks.

Offers hands-on experience in enterprise-level IT operations, balancing daily management with automation projects in a complex technological environment.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma/GED.

Preferred Qualifications

Some college.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, PowerShell, and customer service a plus.

Must have a passion for technology.
