Ideal candidate would have 1 years of security experience, active
clearance, and a valid Arizona drivers license.

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Clearance Required
(Unarmed). At Allied Universal, a Cleared Security Officer is entrusted
with sensitive information and given the responsibility to protect
classified information and personnel. As a Cleared Security Officer,
youll receive specialized training in site-specific security protocols
associated with your clearance level, allowing for skill development and
professional growth in the security field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel,
property, and information with professionalism.
– Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or
vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or
classified information.
– Greet guests and employees and escorts visitors and contractors to
secure entry and exit points.
– Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; reporting
safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via
written and oral communication to client and/or other security
personnel.
– Respond to and assesses security alarms or emergency alarms.
– Act as a first responder in emergency situations.

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

– Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of
verifiable experience.

– Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate
level security clearance (national security eligibility
determinations take into account a persons stability,
trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and
judgment).

– Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and
regulations and may be required prior to employment.

– Must possess one or more of the following:

– – Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a
Department of Defense-cleared site.
– Prior military experience.

– Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

– Exceptional customer service skills.

– Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless
technology at client specific sites.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

– Prior law enforcement or armed security experience.
– Associates degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a
related field.
