As an Accounts Payable Specialist, youll be integral to the accounting & financial operations, responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate invoice processing and timely payments. Responsibilities

Verifying and processing invoices for goods and services

Preparing invoices for approval and ensuring accurate coding and documentation

Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies

Processing payments, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH

Maintaining accurate financial records for audits and reporting purposes
