Job Description

Interior and exterior renovations for apartment communities in Southern California. Our approach is efficient and economical with minimum inconvenience to residents and staff. Job Summary: Work on the exterior of the complex patching stucco and replacing wood when needed. Perform light painting tasks.

Salary:$21.00 – $23.00 per hour. DOE

Hard Skills

Experience with Wood and Stucco repairs

Must have Wood Stucco Tools

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 600 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Costa Mesa, California.

Work Environment

All positions are 1st shift M-F 7:45-4:30, working in teams of two refurbishing vacant apartments.
