Job Description
A company that manufactures fiber optic connectors and cable harnesses within Aerospace equipment is looking for a 1st shift Inspector with at least 6 months of Mechanical Inspection Experience. Responsibilities include performing dimensional inspection of parts and sub-assemblies, working with /- .005 tolerances, analyzing Engineering drawings, blueprints, customer specifications, planning documents, and requirements to determine the inspection process to follow. The Inspector will also inspect parts utilizing measuring tools (micrometre, calipers) to ensure conformance to customer specifications and requirements, work with pin gauges and thread gauges, and record inspection results on appropriate forms, inputting data to the computer to decide on the final disposition of discrepant parts.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Anaheim, California.
Work Environment
Aerospace manufacturing environment with 150 employees at the site. It is a clean manufacturing environment within an ITAR Environment. The shift is Monday to Friday from 6am-4:30pm (10-hour days) and Saturday from 6am-Noon (6 hours), totaling 56 hours a week. Must wear closed-toe shoes.
