Director, ABM & Segment Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director, Account-based & Segment Marketer to join our Global Demand Generation team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic programs that create, accelerate and retain revenue opportunities within specific, targeted accounts and verticals. As a people leader, you will build and manage a team of marketing program managers, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to execute successful ABM programs.

Key Responsibilities
Account-based Marketing (ABM) Strategy: Develop and execute an ABM strategy that aligns with the companys revenue goals, including 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 program types. Develop, plan, execute, and analyze account-based marketing programs, leveraging an integrated mix of inbound and outbound tactics in collaboration with various Marketing teams.
Vertical Marketing: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing programs targeting the U.S. Public Sector. Partner closely with our Enterprise sales leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for other vertical-specific programming.
Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders to identify and segment high-value accounts, conduct in-depth account research, and understand GTM priorities and goals. Lead our cross-functional ABM Council to ensure alignment and visibility of our strategy and performance.
Building for Scale: Develop ABM playbooks that scales across our global enterprise sales teams in each region to include account mapping and research process, persona development, target account list creation, content development, offer strategies, and marketing channel guidance. Train and enable regional marketers to deploy in the region.
Analysis & Optimization: Analyze account-based metrics to ensure business impact is measured by target account pipeline/bookings (sourced/influenced), database growth, and account/person engagement. Ensure stakeholders understand performance metrics and insights and adjust the strategy as necessary.
Team Leadership: Build, coach, and develop your team of ABM and vertical marketing program managers.
Basic Qualifications
8 years experience in demand generation roles at a SaaS company, with at least 3 years in a senior-level people management role
3 years experience leading account-based marketing programs in partnership with enterprise sales organizations.
Experience with ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase or 6sense) and marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
Proven track record of building successful trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders to craft programs that are metrics-driven in their approach
Proficiency in analyzing marketing funnel, account-based, and pipeline metrics
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scaling ABM strategies globally
Able to work in a highly collaborative environment with team goals in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment
Ability to understand the end-to-end process and determine areas of improvement, automation, and refinement to allow for the ability to grow and scale.
An efficient multi-tasker – can marshal resources and orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish their goal.
Exceptional problem solver – uses rigorous logic and methods to solve problems and is excellent at detailed analysis. Doesn’t stop at first answers but strives to seek the correct answer.
The base salary range for this position is 158,000 – 246,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
