We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to take responsibility of our social media presence in helping us foster a growing online community.

You will be responsible for creating original text, graphic and video content, managing posts and responding to followers through social media. You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views and objectives creatively. If you have an imaginative way of thinking and of presenting our brand through multiple social media channels, we would like to make you part of our team. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our company social presence is aligned with our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop a publishing calendar that encompass the various social strategies

Deliver engaging content on a regular basis

Share content through various social media platforms, ensuring strong online presence

Monitor follower feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

Design and implement social media marketing campaigns and strategies to align with business goals

Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

Report on performance metrics generated from social media efforts

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content

Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and bios)

Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Collaborate with design, photo and copy departments to produce high quality content

Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network

Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

Requirements

Proven work experience with Social Media

Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness

Understanding of web publishing requirements

Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns

Familiarity with social media platforms and requirements: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences

Proficiency in marketing automation technology

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Project management skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and writing skills in English
