We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks related to order processing, customer inquiries, and inventory management. Responsibilities include answering phones and forwarding calls, monitoring general email inboxes, entering and processing orders, and managing shipping notifications. You will also be responsible for packing, labeling, and setting up shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Freight Forwarders. Additionally, you will monitor office supplies and packing materials, process customer returns and complaints, and support sales management with sample requests. Responding to inquiries for price and availability, preparing non-standard quotes for approval, and managing inventory supply are also key duties. The role includes training in inventory management software and adjusting and assembling lenses as needed. You may support other areas of business operations such as marketing and production of special products.

This is a fully on-site position in WILSONVILLE, Oregon.
Work Environment
Small facility with both office and packaging areas. Manufacturer of small megapixel lenses for security cameras, machine vision, webcams, etc. Ability to lift 30 pounds is required.
