Minimum Qualifications Two years of general clerical experience. One
year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience
generating documents; OR An Associates degree in Office Occupations or
Office Technology; OR Graduation from a private school of business with
a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of
general clerical experience. College courses in Office Occupations or
Office Technology will substitute for the required experience on a
year-for-year basis. Additional Required Qualifications Experience in
reception in a fast-paced, high traffic office. Experience in
administrative support. Ability to maintain con& #64257;dentiality
regarding client information and personnel information. Ability to work
effectively on a team. A demonstrable commitment to promoting and
enhancing diversity. Intermediate experience using Microsoft Word and
Excel to assimilate data, create tables and graphs. Familiarity with
Outlook. Ability to interpret policies and broad guidelines. Ability to
multi-task in a high-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, including experience providing agendas and
creating detailed minutes. High degree of attention to detail.
