The Providence Clinical Network credentialing team pays attention to detail in its credentialing files, and also in its caregivers, who are unique, quirky, and highly dedicated. Employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in revenue cycle systems and structures support our ministries and operations in the regions of Alaska, Washington, Montana & Oregon. Providence is calling a Senior Credentialing Coordinator who will:
Be accountable for data collection, organization and submission of enrollment applications and/or demographic information required by health plans, federal government programs, state mandates, and other regulatory agencies
Support the credentialing of over 6,000 employed providers throughout Alaska, Washington, Montana & Oregon
Work credentialing files ranging from telehealth physicians, virtual office visits, and provider types ranging from physicians to physical therapists, and nurse practitioners to speech language pathologists
Help to complete the credentialing process on behalf of employed providers as well as Providences contracted payors, ensuring continuity of patient care and expedient revenue flow
Providence welcomes remote work for applicants who reside in one of the following States:

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelors Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
2 years experience in credentialing, physician business office, billing, or related healthcare experience
