What would you do as a Mortgage Sales Assistant

As a Mortgage Sales Assistant at Mercantile Bank, youll play a pivotal role in supporting our Mortgage Loan Officers within a dynamic mortgage production environment. Your responsibilities will include a variety of deadline-driven tasks aimed at facilitating mortgage originations. You may engage directly with clients to collect essential mortgage-related documents and ensure all paperwork is accurately handled.

Additionally, you will maintain organized databases of clients and referral sources, which are vital for future business opportunities. Your role will also involve providing critical administrative support to our office, this may include facility management, equipment, and mail services.
