JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full job title: Software Development Engineering – Sr
Professional II Develop customized contact center IVR solutions to
support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client
requirements, and company goals. Create architectural design and write
technical solutions for IVR applications. Design and develop client
portals, REST APIs, and BI and Data warehouses. Create UI, middleware,
and data quality dashboards to support the CCO organization. Recreate BI
reports and dashboards based on business requirements for conversion
projects. Participate in hands-on development and resolution of all
technical issues within on-premises and hosted client environments.
Define and implement technical processes and procedures. Maintain and
craft technical project documentation and client worksheets. Lead
internal technical development training sessions. OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience must include 4 years in
the following: Working with multi-tiered applications; Client-side web
development using JavaScript and JS frameworks; Using C#, .Net Core,
ASP.NET, jQuery, XML, CSS, JSON, and REST APIs; Requirement gathering,
data analysis, and customer software modifications; Web development
using IIS; and Working with Azure AKS Infrastructure. Prior experience
must also include: 2 years using Microsoft Business Intelligence
technology tools including SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and Azure SQL; Working
with VPNs, VM servers, firewalls, loadbalancing, and terminal service;
and Integrating call center tools with the Genesys Voice Platform.
