Assistant Director of Operations
Charger Water Treatment Products
We are seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to support the overall management of our Charger Water Treatment branches. In this role, you will assist in ensuring the efficient operation of the company by overseeing various departments. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to implement strategies and policies that enhance productivity and profitability. A strong background in operations management and excellent leadership skills are essential as you will be guiding teams toward achieving our business goals.
Responsibilities
Review monthly Alarm Reports for inaccuracies and maintain branch users
Maintain forklift certifications for employees
Monitor and file all LTL audits for all branches
Address missed pickups with LTL’s and file
Assist with training documents on training website with all departments
Identify and resolve Work Order issues
Coach new employees on how to utilize eclipse/ solar and follow company policies and procedures
Review daily spooled reports for Charger branches
Keep current on all job queues to support branches
Assist accounts payables to have branches execute requests to match invoices due
Clean up damaged freight accounts for all branches
Assist with Opening/ Closing of branches
Continuous Training on Solar with employees
Audit assigned branches Biannually
Monitor inventory adjustments of all branches
Branch Support
ELD navigation setup to report to Joselyn – trucks leaving states to delivery/ filing with states.
Creating and uploading training documents on training website
Resolve end of month transfer disputes/ shipped not received reports
Review daily spooled reports for Charger branches
Review weekly cycle counts
Travel is required to branches and other locations.
Requirements
Epicor Solar Eclipse proficiency is a must
Experience in internal auditing, Microsoft word, excel, outlook
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of performance metrics and data analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
