# Job Summary:

The ACB Teller reports to the Assistant Location Manager and is
responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing
friendly, professional, and accurate service.

## Duties/Responsibilities:

– Customer Service Properly greets and assists customers and staff.
Answers incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional
manner.
– Teller Transactions Accurately completes teller transactions such as
deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing in a timely
manner.
– Balancing Keeps cashbox organized, secured, and balanced throughout
the day to ensure accuracy of transactions.
– Sales Proactively cross-sells bank products and services based on
conversations with customers. Refers business to loan officers and
wealth management financial advisors when appropriate.
– Support Assists with scanning, coin rolling, ATM replenishment,
station supply refills, and other duties as needed.
– Compliance Obtains knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) through
training provided and utilizes this knowledge in day to day teller
duties. Accurately completes CTR checklists for appropriate
transactions and reports details of potential suspicious activity to
the BSA Officer in a timely manner.
– Performs other duties as assigned.

## Required Skills/Abilities:

– Ability to read, listen, understand, and communicate information and
ideas both orally and in writing. Legible handwriting is imperative
– Ability to think critically and make accurate decisions quickly
– Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure accurate and timely
completion of all tasks
– Trustworthiness and ability to act with integrity

## Education and Experience:

– High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred
– Experience with Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft
Office
– A valid drivers license as occasional travel may be required

## Physical Requirements:

– Prolonged periods of standing and working on a computer
– Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
– May require regular travel between bank branches
