Overview
Utah State University Athletics is seeking a dynamic and engaging Podcast Host to produce ongoing podcasts for our department. The host will work closely with the Deputy Athletics Director, Creative Content and the Communications Department to create compelling content that resonates with our audience and showcases our athletic programs.

This position is eligible for hybrid work within the state of Utah

Responsibilities

Produce and host two podcasts per week, or as necessary.
Collaborate with the Deputy Athletics Director, Creative Content and the Communications Department to develop content ideas and themes.
Conduct interviews with coaches, athletes, and other stakeholders.
Edit and prepare podcast episodes for distribution.
Promote episodes through social media and other channels to maximize reach.
Stay up-to-date with trends in podcasting and sports to enhance content quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in podcast production, hosting, and interviewing.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Familiarity with audio editing software and podcasting platforms.
Knowledge of Utah State University and the Athletics programs

Advertised Salary
Commensurate with experience
