Work youll do

Provide end-user assistance to the user-community for a range of functional issues

Be responsible for the intake, investigation, escalation, and resolution of user inquires

Interact with customers on a daily basis

Collaborate in a team environment to identify solutions to common system issues

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelors degree required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

2 years of Functional Support

2 of Support Escalation experience

Preferred:

Experience in the following any of the following areas:

Disbursements

Annual close

Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC)

G-invoicing

SQL

Accounts Receivable

Batch imports and exports

General Ledger

Momentum Reference Configuration (Transaction Definitions, Flex postings, etc.)

Accounts Payable

Budget execution

Purchasing
