We are seeking a highly skilled Lead test Analyst with a background in the financial sector and experience in large greenfield implementations of ServiceNow. In this pivotal role, you will drive the testing of multiple areas of the platform and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet our strategic goals and deliver exceptional value.
About the team
We are building a world class IT Service Management (ITSM) team from the ground up, using the ServiceNow platform to empower colleagues to delivery exceptional market leading services to our internal and external clients.

What youll own
You will be responsible for the overall management of all testing within the ServiceNow platform, covering all forms of testing as well as setting up and maintaining automated tested.
Responsibilities:
Own the full testing lifecycle on the ServiceNow platform including system, UAT, non-functional, integration and regression testing of all modules, Ensuring consistency on every testing cycle for existing and new modules.
Implement, maintain, and own automated testing (most likely using ATF)
Creation and executing test plans and test cases.
Where youll own it
While were a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.
What youll bring
5 years experience leading testing on the ServiceNow platforms, ideally with experience on large scale green field projects.
Experience setting up automated testing on the ServiceNow platform.
Experienced in working with business stakeholders and developers to ensure full understanding of all modules and scoped applications.
ServiceNow ITSM Expertise: Significant experience with ServiceNow , including a deep understanding of the platforms capabilities and customization options.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 – $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
