We are currently seeking a Valuation Manager (Business Valuation) to join Withum’s Forensic and Valuation Services Group. This Valuation Manager can be based out of our Whippany, NJ office location.The Valuation Manager will work on a variety of assignments, including taking substantial responsibility of overseeing and performing equity valuations or complex security valuations (stock options, warrants, convertible debt, other complex securities/derivatives, etc.) for financial reporting, tax compliance, transaction advisory, and other purposes. The engagements will be performed for mostly medium-sized businesses to large multinational corporations. The Valuation Manager should demonstrate the ability to provide excellent client service and assist the growth of team members in developing technical skills and professional competency.Withum’s brand is a reflection of our people, our culture and our strength.
