We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to manage
our dental offices front desk operations. The successful candidate
will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments,
managing patient records, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and
performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

– Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

– Answer phones and schedule appointments using the dental offices
scheduling software

– Verify patients insurance coverage and eligibility

– Collect and process payments from patients and insurance companies

– Maintain and update patient records and charts

– Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure a smooth
patient flow

– Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed

– Ensure that the office is clean and organized

– Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors
