Our continually expanding client base gives us an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in various industries.  We are seeking full-time Engineering Field Technicians to join our Chantilly, VA team.   

Responsibilities:

Observing and testing soils, aggregates, concrete, masonry & asphalt according to applicable standards

Preparing accurate field reports and assisting with laboratory testing

Daily interaction with team members and various project stakeholders

Obtaining necessary certifications and training

Other related tasks, as assigned by supervisor

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working in construction environment

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Well-organized and reliable individual

Ability to work off-shift hours, including some weekends

Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving history  

Good written and oral communication

Ability to periodically lift and carry 50 pounds of weight and stand for long periods of time

Current WACEL and/or ACI certifications preferred
