Community Living Professional – 7 on/7 off 

Salary:  $17.20/hr  

Sleep Stipend:  $66.00/per shift 

Job Type:  Full Time 

Hours: 

Work 7 days, then have 7 days off. 

Shift starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 9:00 AM the next day. 

Example week: 

Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Thursday) 

Thursday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Friday) 

Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Monday), includes 24-hour weekend shift. 

Monday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Tuesday) 

Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Wednesday) 

Off for the next 7 days. 

Job Description: 

Community Living Professional needed to support residents with varied interests. Applicant should be highly motivated to assist individuals with being involved within the community, bringing new experiences, be able to assist with daily living tasks, creative, organized, and have the ability to work with limited supervision.  If you are flexible, caring, compassionate, and can problem solve, enjoy a variety of events, this could be the job for you. 

 The ideal person should enjoy going on outings, participating in community activities such as sporting events, carnivals, fairs, music, taking day trips, etc. 

Duties include but are not limited to: 

Encourage and assist with planning, coordinating and engagement of activities in the home and community daily. 

Assure general housekeeping tasks are completed. 

Record and maintain daily data on goal progress, challenges and services for individual supported in computer database.  

Assist with daily living tasks including preparing meals, maintaining a clean and safe environment, shopping, etc.  

Providing personal care such as changing, feeding, lifting etc. 

Actively monitoring health conditions and documentation conditions and possible changes.   

Administer medication and assist with medical care and appointments. 

Openly communicating with supervisor, nurse, and team members.  

Qualifications and Skills: 

       Minimum Requirements: 

Valid driver’s license. 

At least 2 years driving experience and a clean driving record. 

Ability to lift 50 pounds. 

Administer medications. 

Basic computer skills. 

Experience working with disabled adults preferred. 

       Required education: 

High School diploma or GED
